Born and raised in Tanzania and having lived on three continents, Shyam Suchak brings a global perspective to his work as CEO of Prime Consultancy, LLC. He has dedicated his career to community development, helping individuals realize and achieve their full potential.
A certified human resources professional, Shyam also serves as Chief Operations Officer at Anne Grady Services, a nonprofit organization supporting individuals with disabilities. His civic engagement includes serving as Second Vice Chair of the City of Toledo’s Human Relations Commission and as Executive Liaison for its Youth Empowerment and Engagement Committee.
Shyam’s past leadership roles include serving on the Springfield Local Schools and Holland Springfield Chamber’s Business Advisory Council. He has also contributed as a mentor with the Northwest Ohio Business Mentoring Program, Chair of Women of Toledo’s HeForShe Campaign, a United Nations initiative for gender equality, and board member of the Children’s Theatre Workshop.
Shyam holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Toledo, a master’s in organizational leadership from Lourdes University, and a master’s in counseling from Spring Arbor University. He is a graduate of Leadership Toledo’s Signature Program and is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer, Teacher, and Speaker.
